Your appointments are very important to Me here at Beautifully By Kat D, that time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks, or even months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. Less than a 24 hour notice is considered a Late Cancellation. Late Cancellations and No Show appointments are subject to a $20 fee or 50% of the reserved appointment (whichever is greater). If payment is not rendered, your card on file will be charged to collect stated fee. If your card declines, Payment is expected before next appointment can be booked. 2 or more missed appointments with in the last 6 months will have to pay a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE Retainer fee to book your appointment. Canceling, rescheduling, or no showing less than 24 hours before your appointment will forfeit said retainer fee. If these policies cannot be honored, unfortunately we will not be able to continue with our appointments.
